Our client is a leading, fully-integrated, refining and petrochemical company in Thailand and Asia Pacific

Requirements

• Good English level
• Rigging certifications if any
• 3+ years’ experience as a Rigger
• Bull Rigging Supervision experienced
• In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery
• Excellent hearing and vision
• Ability to work at heights and noisy environment
• High-level mathematical skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoor in harsh weather conditions

Other allowances and Benefits for permanent staff:

• Leave Cycle (Work days / Off days) - 351/14
• Monthly Full Salary is Inclusive of Basic Salary, Accommodation Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Food Allowance and any other allowances
• Regular Hours of Work & Work Week: The work week is 6 days, Mondays through Saturdays. Working hours are 8 Hours plus one-hour lunch break
• Overtime Payment (if applicable) as per Thai Labor Law and as approved by company
• Severance Compensation is calculated as per Thai Labor Law
• Medical Insurance is as per Insurance Program provided by Company
• Social Security will be deducted and paid to Government Department from base salary for 5% of 15,000 Baht (equals to 750 Baht). Another 5% will be paid by Company
• Monthly Full Salary is subjected to tax deductions as governed & applicable by Thai Law
• Overtime will be calculated and paid in accordance to Thailand Labor law
