The service Engineer is the face of the company and should always be an example of good behaviour, following processes, procedures, and policies of company. Ø High standard of self-discipline and professionality Ø All interactions with Customers, Potential Customers, and colleagues shall be done with a professional way and convey a good reputation for the company. · This position must communicate well with all departments – Sales, Inventory, Production, Job Functions: · Answer incoming support requests by email and phone · Connect to machines worldwide and assist the client in machine operation, troubleshooting and Software training · Assist customers to complete Technical Assistance Forms and RMAs. · International travel at short notice to support customer breakdowns · Overtime to align with customer schedule · Installing new waterjet systems and high-pressure pumps for Automotive, metal, stone and glass cutting industries. · Training client on machine operation, CAD software programming and basic PM · Maintaining all aspects of equipment during PM or emergency breakdowns · Assisting Production department with machine faults · Waterjet Cutting samples for Sales and Marketing · Assisting during Exhibitions – machine installation and removal from exhibition · Center and customer demonstrations of equipment to potential clients · Completing timesheets, checklists, and service report · Produce instructions for customers and other Company staff on how to check for and repair faults · Produce training videos for PM services and Software functions · Other duties as assigned. Other Allowances/benefits: · Bonus = The company has a performance-based bonus system payable after the first calendar year of service, which aims to reward the individual and.t takes into account the employee's performance and overall company profitability. The bonus if it is merited will be calculated and paid at the end of December. The payment will be pro-rated if you have less than a year of service and will not be paid if you resign from the service of the Company. · Transport allowance of THB 1500 if transportation is not already provided. · Housing allowance per month is THB 1,500 · Overtime is related to work performed in Thailand factory, or when supporting customers remotely from another location (hotel after normal working hours - in Thai or overseas) Monday to Sunday -x 1.5 Special Holidays-x 3 · Use of Employee's own vehicle for Company business will be compensated at rate (7.0) THB per km. · On completion of each Service visit in Thailand a bonus will be available. minimum 1,000 THB per visit. · A labor, travel and expense budget are set for equipment installation in line with the number of days required as per TWJ Installation and Training standards, local cost of living, and other factors.
